This process is a critical step in positioning the organization to increase its effectiveness, clearly communicate its message and attract greater resources in the future.

Board Development - Interactive process designed to build team cohesion and increase the board members' understanding of their roles and responsibilities so that they become active and engaged leaders in accomplishing the mission of the organization.

Funds Development - Process of setting goals and developing a comprehensive plan for attracting funds. This process may also include prospect research, grant writing, event planning and individual donor cultivation, depending on the needs of the organization.
